📦 Exchange & Return

At Sree's Designs we strive to bring you the best products and it's important to us that you love the product you've bought, but if something doesn't seem right, let us know.

Order Cancellation:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. We believe in sustainable and mindful production.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

Our Products are made to order and are specially crafted for you with utmost love and care and hence we do not accept return/exchange but we'll be happy to alter the same for you.

Please note, we also do not accept returns if the size ordered by the customer is incorrect. To understand your perfect size please refer to our size guide or reach us at +91 9182767660

If you find the product to be damaged in transit please drop us an email at sreesdesignstore@gmail.com

We would be happy to provide a refund or exchange only for damaged products. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging.

Once we check the returned product, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by customer.

International Payments made via PayPal are not subjected to refund, please order mindfully.

🚚 Shipping Policy

We ship our products once the order and payment is confirmed. We use third party shipping services to ship the items across India. Delays are to be expected in case of contingency. We ship the products within a day or two.
